This is the finest graded 1890 eagle by either grading service. By today’s standards it likely grades even finer! The fields show a delicate rose gold color with ample luster, and are free of all but the most minute signs of handling. Incredible quality for this date and mint, which is normally found at the lower end of Mint State if not circulated. A memorable example!
