This is the sole MS-65 graded by either service and at the top of those known today. It must have been an early strike as the fields show some orange peel texture and are prooflike, but this is not from proof dies and was clearly a business strike. Bright and attractive, with frosted devices and excellent surfaces as expected for the lofty grade.
