Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Gorpiaios, SE Year 275 (August 37 BC). Diademed bust of Phraates IV left, wearing torq ending in a seahorse, star on left shoulder. Reverse: Phraates seated right on thone, receiving wreath from Tyche standing before and holding a cornucopia; below throne, EOC (date) in small letters; in exergue ?OP?I (month).
