This is an extremely rare silver drachm of Khosrau II. The design is similar to his Gold Dinar, showing Goddess Anahit on the reverse and the king in facing forward position. As the date states, this coin like the gold dinar was issued at the height of war with Byzantium and Sasanian victories across Near East.
